Caution: Rap music sometimes includes vulgarity. This post does contain some inappropriate language.
Spose is Maine’s only favorite rapper. He burst onto the scene with his 2010 hit “I’m Awesome,” which got loads of play on Maine radio stations. But, he’s not resting on that success, he’s trying to step into the mobile game market.
Promoting his upcoming album “Good Luck With Your Life,” he released “Spose: King of Maine” a side-scrolling game where players collect pinecones and iced coffee while battling horses at the Fryeburg Fair and raccoons in Wells, the rapper’s hometown.
Spose posted a video on Instagram that showed players battling “man bun” wielding hipsters in Portland. I’m sure you can already guess who the final boss is.
All of the tracks from “Good Luck With Your Life” are unlockable in the game. If you fancy yourself a Spose fan, here’s your opportunity to listen to the album before it releases on May 5.
The game is $1.99 on the App Store, so I didn’t download it. But, if you decide to give it a try, leave a thoughtful review!
